Shipping Policy
Our personalized products are created on demand, so they take 7-10 business days and shipping ranges from 3-5 business days. Customers can upgrade their shipping for an additional cost. Please allow 2 weeks for production and shipping after approval for arrival date. If you are in a rush please note that in your order so we can inform you if that time frame is possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because the nature of our products, unless damaged, defective or we make a mistake, refunds are not offered on customized orders. The custom products we sale can not be resold, therefore, we will make sure to reach out to you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please check your proof carefully prior to approving for production, double checking spellings and design details. Upon approval of the proof we will make your item. Any additional changes can be added but will be added to final costs.
